Heat fitting is a great option if your boots are a good fit other than being too snug at the heel strap. We can stretch the heel strap so that it is up to 1 or 2 sizes bigger while the remainder of the boot (the parts that fit well!) remain unchanged. Perfect solution if you are between sizes.
