Boots come with a 90 day warranty from Scoot Boot Pty Ltd (policy here: https://scootboots.com/pages/warranty)
If your fit was done and approved by Timberline Tack you have 14 days from date of delivery to trial your boots. If they are not working out, you may return or exchange your boots to Timberline Tack for a refund of your purchase price less a $20 trial fee. These returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to you. Within 14 days unused accessories new in packaging are refunded at 100% and used or opened accessories at 50%. Boots may be returned up to 4 additional weeks later at a cost of $10 for each additional week.
Returns beyond 6 weeks or returns of products where we did not do your fitting will be at our discretion. Typically you are better off selling these yourself, but we are happy to offer a quote based on photos.
